Benefits of Styling: Before and After

One of my latest styled properties is now on the market, with a very happy client and very happy agents I am sure this one will sell quickly. I thought it might be a perfect example however to show you the difference between listing your vacant property for sale and listing it as a styled property.  For not a lot of money this client decided to style their home which they will greatly benefit from when it comes to signing that beloved contract of sale.

When I first walked in the front door it was vacant with old worn carpet and needed a good clean. The clients were already aware of all of these issues and were in the process of having the property cleaned, repainted and the carpet replaced, already I could see they were going to be fantastic sellers. They knew what they needed to do to sell and were very much on top of getting it done. And then it was my turn. We discussed placement of furniture, style and budget and we even worked together to select the carpet so that I was prepared for the carpet to be a different colour when it came to selecting my furniture and accessories. The client was happy and so was I, off I went to begin my styling process.
