It's been too long!

Well hello there my lovely friends. It has been so long since I have had a chance to put up a post and I have been feeling major withdrawals. I read an article this morning which talks about bloggers being MIA for no reason and the negative effect it has on their readers. it automatically made me wish there was more time in the day and wish I was able to post more. I want to commit to at least 2 posts per week but the way I'm going it has become more of a 'post whenever I can' type of situation. I have so many fun posts I want to put up but every time I sit down and try to nut one of them out my daughter makes a b line for the computer and starts pressing all sorts of buttons or turning off the computer. She is just at the fun age where I can't do anything without her and when she is asleep I finally have the chance to wash clothes, clean the house etc.  If feel as though I won't get a chance to really commit time to my blog until she goes to school, and even then it will still be hard with another child!

That's right.....we're having another baby! That has been a major cause of the lack of posts recently too. I have been feeling really quite sick with this one, I barely had any sickness with my daughter, but this time around it has really knocked me about. We are due early October and we are so unbelievable excited about it, Madison has no idea what is going on yet but I'm sure she will work it out soon enough. The so called 'morning sickness' has been hitting me at any time of the day, together with some major back pains, and by major I mean struggling big time, and the ever lasting heart burn. It's been fun going through all of this again, I just can't wait to have a little more energy to attack my day rather than being curled up on the couch, until of course Madison comes and gets me to play.

Aside from all of that, we can continued working on our ensuite and we finally have a toilet!! The tiles have all been fully laid and it is now just time to grout, paint the ceiling and do that final plumbing and fit out. I'm not gonna lie, I'm a tad excited! As pathetic as it is, I was the most excited about having a toilet right there, we have never had a fully functional ensuite and now that I am going to the toilet a few times a night it is so nice not to have to walk around the house, dodging toys in the dark. As it is almost done I am going to wait until the end to share the final photos with you, I want it to be a little bit of a surprise for you all.

My daughter is also in her big bed now so will share that with you shortly, I have a few sewing projects I want to tackle that go on her bed before I take my final photos, but as you would have noticed by now, I have been a tad busy. I have been working on a few others little craft/sewing projects that I will share with you shortly too, as soon as I get the chance to photograph everything and actually type it out without distractions. I promise I will do it all as soon as I can.

I apologise for the lack of fun photos in this post but I just wanted to get on and let you all know that I'm still here and kicking, just struggling for the time and effort I need to put into these posts. I hope you all have been amazing and I can't wait to chat with you again soon.

xxo
