The first option is to make home improvements that are going to make your property much more enjoyable to be in while also saving the new homeowners money in the future. You haven’t staged your home properly

You also need to keep your target audience in mind, and then make decisions based on this. If you are selling to families mainly, then change it to a playroom.

An inefficient and old boiler or central heating system

Last but not least, when buying a home, you want to be confident that the heating system isn’t going to break as soon as you move in. You want to be sure that it is going to get you through the winter months, and that you aren’t going to spend a lot of money on utility bills.
